Hotel by the Summer Stadium, Pardubice

The proposed complex consists of the hotel volume and part of a parking house. The buildings respect the street lines defined by the sports hall and complete the urban edge at the corner of U Stadionu Street. The hotel is designed as a four-storey corner building without a basement, close to the park. The parking house is visually treated as a quieter service structure.
