Architecture & design

I design products, interiors, family houses, commercial and public buildings, both new-builds and renovations.

In architecture, I care about proposals that respect their surroundings, reflect the client's lifestyle and ideas, and make the most of the available resources. In product design, I focus on connecting visual and functional qualities with efficient production. Timelessness is always important to me, and I enjoy solutions with a fresh point of view.

About

My work is shaped by experience gained while studying under architecture professor Petr Hrusa, with his philosophical view of architectural formation; by urbanist Petr Hurnik, known for seeing the city as a living environment that allows people to enjoy everyday life; and by practice with architect Ondrej Teply from the Pardubice studio Mixage, whose pragmatic way of designing mixes with lightness and wit. Since 2015 I have run an independent practice focused on architecture and product design.
